Legged it to the beach to arrive at about 5.30pm. Looked like 5.7m weather to me, but asked some of the people on the beach who all said go 5m. Did that and was powered most of the time but could have done with some extra sail up. Wind got a little gusty at 7pm so rigged 5.7m (would have gone bigger but the 5.7m meant minimal chopping around of masts etc). Rigged nice and baggy and was powered OK. The wind didn't provide the best sailing, but to be out in the warm sunshine at 8pm made this a great session.
